Description of Welding Roller Rotator :

- According to the operation requirements of several offshore wind power plants.
- Specially developed & manufactured as offshore wind tower fit-up growing line.
- Production according with mechanical standard JB/T 9187-1999.
Feature of welding roller rotator :
- Full polyurethan wheel with bigger rotating torque
- The 150t welding roller rotator is mainly using as offshore wind tower production equipment.
- 150t welding roller rotator adjust the center distance by reserved screw holes in order to adapt to diameter of work piece.
- Double-motor driven, the roller driver adopt cycloidal planetary gear reducer.
- Usually it is working with hydraulic shell to shell fit up rotator & welding column boom as offshore wind tower outer circumferential seam welding line.

Except of the guaranty period,technical advisory support is available freely covering the whole using life of the machine. Engineer service on user premises is also available for necessary.
